Trisha Encinas is responsible for developing and implementing communication tactics that support internal and external client development.

Working under the direction of our partners, Trisha executes a wide variety of outreach tactics, and is responsible for implementing all our online advocacy strategies for our clients.  Trisha is responsible for executing our social media engagement activities and coordinating with our creative team in support of client initiatives. She also assists in implementing communication efforts for our external business and client development activities.

With nearly four years of state government experience in community outreach and engagement, Trisha brings a wealth of practical and on the ground knowledge to FORMA’s diverse client portfolio.  She is also a registered lobbyist.
